01 — What is collected

The assistant processes your messages and stores a temporary conversation using a private session cookie. If you ask Anelya to reply, it collects your name, email, what you need and, if supplied, organization and role. Your note includes a short summary, category, language, source page, date and full chat transcript.

A hashed network identifier and request counters are used to prevent abuse. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the assistant's records.

02 — Why and who can access it

Your details are collected so Anelya can understand and respond to your question. The lead inbox is restricted to her verified account. Conversations and contact details are processed through Lovable Cloud and Lovable AI. If Notion sync is configured, your contact note and summary are also stored in Anelya's connected Notion database. Details are not sold or added to a marketing list.

03 — Your choices

You can ask general questions without providing contact details. Do not send confidential deal materials or sensitive personal information. To request deletion of your contact details and conversation, email anelyaaltieva@gmail.com with the email address used in the chat. Contact notes are retained until no longer needed or deletion is requested.
